Over the years, we have identified a number of tumor specific chromosomal abnormalities, fusion transcripts, and/or genomic imbalances/mutations for both benign and malignant bone and soft tissue tumors as well as other solid tumors such as brain and kidney. My research involves several aspects of genetics with special emphasis on cancer genetics of bone and soft tissue tumors.
